Maybe not the best athletes, but DAMN IT they always seem to be in position, they don't miss tackles and they make some big plays when needed.  Oh yea, they come out after half time and actually REVISE the gameplan to put themselves in a position to succeed.

I freaking hate ku.  I hate them even more because their play reminds me of the good ol' days here at KSU :curse:

I'll have to borrow some NU apparell from my fat neighbor this w/e and cheer his team during a one-day only exemption, here's hoping Ganz gives them a shot in the arm (for this week alone).

Except a K-State team of old would have rolled them by four TDs, yeah freightenly similar.
But I would take their d coordinator in a heartbeat.

    I'm with Coco.
I'm pretty sure any DoD team would have put up over 30 points on A&M (or any current Big XII team). 70 if they really tried.

did you decide to drop the worldwideballa account?
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

Their offense doesn't touch what KSU had rolling for all those years.  But their defense is definately well schooled.

ku's offense has put up over 400 yards in every game this year except CU.  The problem these last two weeks is that ku's blowing perfectly good scoring opportunities.

no one even acknowledges your OOC games.

your ppg is largely inflated by the baylor game.

Not going to lie, but there is no way my ku team is anywhere near on par with the older K-state teams of the Snyder era. Christ, even in 1995 when we went 10-2 we got douched by 30+ by a K-State and Nebraska team.

I'll evaluate this on a year-by-year basis before I even begin to consider the Jayhawks broaching the kind of football played in Manhattan during the Purple Tide.

Do you acknowledge three Big 12 road wins?  Do you acknowledge 400 yards of offense at KSU and aTm?  Do you acknowledge the only team in the nation to have covered the spread in every game?  Do you acknowledge 8-0 (4-0)?  Do you acknowledge the #1 team in the Sagarin rankings?  Do you acknowledge #8 in both polls?  Let me know what everyone "acknowledges" so I can plan my arguments accordingly.

Everyone acknowledges ku is off to a 3-0 start in real games.

FINALLY a ku fan who has a brain that has a rational thought. Thank you for making be believe that ALL ku fans aren't on crack or meth or whatever.

Sandman, what I will aknowledge is that you have one of the worst schedules in the country - you just beat a "name" with the 109th ranked passing offense in the country... who had an outside chance at the end. Would you feel the same way if you beat ND, Miami, FSU Penn St? I will aknowledge the 8-0 - no choice. But, that's OK - and I think that you are helping all of the KSU fan's cause by flaunting your #8 record... an undefeated team that isn't in the top 5 is a joke and THAT in itself is pathetic. CONGRATS on this year you and UCONN have a lot to be proud of!

This is really bothering you, isn't it.  You hate ku more than you like KSU.  Hell of a way to go through life.  Why don't you bring up that aTm had the #5 rushing attack until yesterday?  What the hell does UCONN have to do with anything?  You do realize we won in Manhattan too, right?  Taking a shot at ku's schedule is taking a shot at KSU as well.  Must not be too tough to win in Manhattan.

your offense is girly.

Their offense is good, but they don't have much potential.  Freeman is god right now, can you imagine him next year?

QFT. once defensive coordinators finally learn to stop spread offenses, just like the power option of the old days, their offense will be doomed.  i mean, this is the type of offense i use in madden, a video game. but hey, i guess it works, for now.

Not really bothering me - sand in my ass-crack, that bothers me. This is just interesting bantor. UCONN and ku are just about the same team - the glaring difference, UCONN has played some very good teams - playing in Manhattan isn't what it used to be, we can all admit that - but I think that it will get tougher in the near future.

No, really - congrats on beating a team that can only run the ball on the offensive side of the ball - and congrats on one of the weakest schedules in the country... you SHOULD be undefeated. I admit KSU isn't great at this point - but Oh well - before you answer the following question; please put the crack pipe down and let the buzz wear off. How do you think you will stack up against a USC or Oregon? You know, teams that can and will adjust? You know teams unlike any that you have played this year.
