I hope whoever their next coach is goes back to the "We're Nebraska, we don't need juco kids to win games" philosophy.  They've been grabbing a lot of kids I think K-state would have normally gotten and could really use from the Kansas juco's.

I haven't really heard a lot of good things about Gabbert.  But to be honest, I'd rather Mizzou have him than Nebraska.  It would serve Nubb right to have a couple miserable seasons.  It makes it even better that their entire state lives by and establishes their self worth by a college football team.  Mizzou fans don't really care that much.

You could easily make an argument that the reason they haven't worked out is because the Nebraska coaches are absolutely horrible and completely retarded.  It's hard to argue we couldn't use Asante(at linebacker) right now.
