In addition to those listed I would   for 2 more NT's (JC and a prep) and a prep DE.  Most of the better programs will carry 16 DL although they run the 4-3 mostly.  I think we need a minimum of 13 on scholie and would like to see 14 to be safe from injury and develop young players.

I'd include Ian as a DE next year he's there at least half the time now and will probably be there even more next year.  Don't want to move Lamark to OLB though we'll have plenty of depth there with A Moore healthy and Olu Hall getting into the mix to go along with Childs, Patterson, and Diehl.  We need help at WR way more then at OLB.   

I think we need to bring in a prep DT and DE for sure.  I'd say two JC d-ends not sure if we need another JC DT or not.   A lot depends on how the coaches feel about Crews and Stewart coming out of this season.  If they think Crews is going to be ready to start and Stewart is going to be able to contribute a lot next year then I think Finau and one prep will be fine at DT to go along with Balkcom.  I've heard Finau has been having good year at JC so that is a good sign.

1. probably won't sign all those guys
2. even if they did, that would mean 3 newcomers would be asked to contribute significantly.  That is asking a lot.  History tells us not to count on Jucos the first year.
3. I think they have to beef up Ian Campbell and put him back on the line.  They will need bodies next year.
