1. Message preview over hover. This will allow you to view the first 384 characters of any topic you hover over with your mouse. If there is an image (and no text) at the beginning of the thread, it won't display anything.
2. Karma. Just for fun. Applaud those users whom which you agree with, and smite those whom you do not. The wait time to re-smite or re-applaud is one hour..except for Admins.
3. Shoutbox. This is like a chat room, but it is available all the time on the top of the forum. Guests do not have access to it, and can not view it. Smilies are allowed...for now. It is moderated and the board rules apply to the shoutbox. It is not intended to replace the chatroom as it is not as functional, but it will be a fun thing to use throughout the day for our members.
4. Popular topic of the day. If you look at the bottom of the forum index, along with the stats, you will see the most popular topic within the last 24 hours, based on the number of replies.
