Someone used the term "improper benefits" which seems like an odd term for cheating. Do I have this straight . . .

If she was having sex with the players, the NCAA wouldn't care, but the University would terminate her for improper conduct.

If she was actually doing the players' school work for them, then the NCAA does care and the football program and participating players would be in big trouble. And the University would terminate her for improper conduct.

Was she handing out any other "improper benefits" . . . cash or whatever?

in simple terms "improper benefits" are anything that an athlete receives over and above their scholarship benefits that would not be available to a student of that institution that is not an athlete.

now if we can prove she was banging and doing class work for non-athletes then we are good to go;-)
