Tough to tell.  Losses to FSU and ASU.  Wins over OU and Baylor.

I think we win, but it's tough to tell if they're for real or not.  We did beat them pretty soundly @CU last year.

Penalties and turnovers separate our teams. If we had problems with Reesing,...Hawkins is going to have a good day imho.

About like us.

There are a lot of teams about like us in this league.  Still opportunities to win 4 or 5 more games in the league.  Of course, we could lose 5 or 6 more too.  Then that Fresno State game on the road to finish the year.

if we play CU like we did ku, we lose by 14+.

i'm curious to see how this team can handle adversity after last year's debacle at ku then getting stomped by Rutgers.  If i were a CU fan i'd be licking my chops right now given last year's results.  deja vu?  who knows.........

without Bedore we lose even more ability to run between the tackles and protect Josh.

    This ZERO is my Hero
The defense should play better against CU, unless their able to run real well.  But I think that won't happen.  This is the type of team I think the defense can contain better.

However, considering we may only get 14 points out of offense, I hope the defense or special teams can produce a couple of scores.

I think we win, though.

People are being a little over dramatic about our offense.  It isn't that bad we had 360 yards of offense vs. ku and scored 24 points it's not like they shut us out.  I'm pretty sure we can score more then 14 at home vs. Colorado if we can't we may not win another game all season.  Bedore being out will certainly hurt but Viers will have time to prepare this week and the coahes will be able to game plan to get Viers help when he needs it.

He needs it on every play.  I don't think you can game plan around that.  It's not like we didn't need help up front before Bedore went down.  There's only so much help that can be given before we have everyone stay in and just send Jordy out by himself.

Dont know if I would say that, Viers pushed Bedore for the starting spot going into the year.  This week he will be practicing with the first team instead of coming off the bench cold.  I think that is huge.

For the Texas games, and only the Texas games, they compensated for lack of a run game and inconsistent o-line by 'Bold and Daring'.  Sadly, it doesn't often make an appearance in other games.   :frown:

The Buffs are the most improved team in the Big 12 and if we play like we did Saturday, hello 1 and 2 in league play. CU has won 2 of the last 3 in Manhattan. After the debacle Saturday no telling whether Prince will have this team ready to play.

Good enough to beat us if our offense decides to take two quarters off again.

no way we beat MU and no way we lose to ISU or Baylor (no way = 95%)

Despite a few somewhat surprising plays against ku, we've been pretty good at defending the run.  And I think CU's offense is entirely centered around the run.

I think we win by 7-10.  I don't think we've given up a single big play this year(big play meaning 35 yards or more) and I don't think CU's offense is good enough to win without one.  And I think our offense will score enough to win.

ku pretty much shoved the ball down our throats. Sharpe and McAnderson combined for 29-158.  That's over 5 ypc.

Mostly in the second half when our defense gave up.  they weren't getting sh*t the first half.

If our defense gave up they suck.  Either way it doesn't matter.  We were owned at the line of scrimmage.
