I stand by my opinion that ku is a top 15 team and KSU is a top 25 team.  We're pretty good, ku just executed their gameplan better.

The way their schedule sets up, they shouldn't be worse than 5-3 in the big 12 possibly 6-2, that would make them very close to top 15.  i think we're top 25 or very close to it.  As long as we don't meltdown on the field from here on out.

I doubt after 1 win it will put us back in the ranking, but if ku continues to win next 2 weeks and KSU wins next 2 then yes we will probably get ranked.

Wins next two weeks and the right losses elsewhere, and we should be back in.  Win @ OSU and we're back in for sure, and probably looking at 7-2 headed into Nebraska, Mizzou, and Fresno State.  Win one of those, and we've had a pretty nice year at 8-4.

I agree with bslimz here.  We won't get back in with a win over CU, unless we totally dominated and brutalize them...which isn't likely.  If we beat CU and OSU, then I think we have a shot to get back in.

ku, because of their schedule, could easily be top 15, and depending on how they win, whether in close games or by blowing teams out, could be close to top 10.
ku will have to learn how to deal with winning and being favored and not overlooking teams.

beating the Buffs is much easier said than done. They put up a bunch of points on the road last night. Not easy against anyone...even Iowa State.

Beating CU would be a good band aid before we head to Okie State which is a winnable game.
