don't recall ever seeing Newman get beat that badly in straight up man while playing in college.  Steve Smith took him to school in the playoffs his rookie year but never in college like Talib.

the great corners go for jams and don't get beat quite like that.  Now they may give a step and see a great pass on the outside shoulder get completed but not where it isn't even competitive.

yep, Talib catching a pass in the flat where the defensive assignment breakdown...makes him special.  Five yard pass, uncovered, special.  And the int. came when everybody in the building knew we had to pass...yawn.  Chris Carney had an int....KSU had three of them...guess all of them are "All-Americans" now...or something.

wow, just watched the replay for the first time and Talib didn't even attempt to jam.  He doesn't even try to touch Jordy until he turns w/ him and arm bars but Jordy just removed the arm Talib needed there because he couldn't run w/ him.
