Dylan Meier was our starting QB ,and after looking like crap against Louisville, traveled to Waco.

Thomas Clayton, who never saw a mirror he didn't like, was horriblly overhyped by smashing inferior defenses and couldn't even run it against Baylor. Our offensive line was worse last year than this year. Marginally.

We then went on to score 3 points with that duo...Freeman took over late in that game with Leon Patton and James Johnson seeing their first action....... and we've never looked back.

Just thought I'd throw it out that realistically, we're about one season in to what is now Ron Prince's team..but alot of Snyder's recruits are still our best players.

Jordy -walk on
Campbell - walk on
Watts - walk on
McKinney (limited the mistakes vs. UT)

to name a few but I like the playmakers that Prince has brought in...they have panned out so far. Jackson, Houlik, Roland, Chandler, Cheatham are all making plays.

A year goes fast and at the same time...seems so long ago. :katpak:

    The very best.
Great Post. One year ago to the day was the lowest point.

Since then we are 5-3 vs the big 12, 3-0 vs the south and 2-2 on the road.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.
