Is Fran done?

I've seen lots of emails and rumors on message boards(the best kind of rumors!) that Fran may be resigning in the near future.

If A&M wants him gone, they certainly have legal cause to fire him. He violated the hippa or whatever thing, he sold that info. without the knowledge of the U, and there are probable tax code violations.

Then again, if they are happy to keep him, I'm sure this will all be swept under the carpet. It's really about what the admin. wants to do with him.

I think it'll boil down to winning - sadly, like most things.
If they win...he stays.
They lose...he's gone.
