I think even more surprising is the +10.5 to Texas for the Red River game. It's pretty obvious OU is a better team, but 10.5 is a pretty big spread.

If you bet on ku they must either win or lose by 3 points or less

If ku loses by 4 points then it is a push and neither better wins.
