Personally I'm not going to get tied up in trashing on ku for playing pushovers.  It wasn't too long ago that we were doing the same thing, and it always pissed me off when people gave Snyder a hard time about that.  Besides, even though the national media criticizes that, just look how it pays off.  ku has not played anyone, they are getting votes for top 25 and soaring in confidence.  We've played stiffer competition and lost a game and no one even has us on the radar.  You know, maybe Snyder knew a thing or two about how to work the system.

but Snyder then followed up the easy OOC with 6 or 7 conference wins...and 8 in '98. Hence the votes.

ku hasn't done jack in conference since we were the old Big 8...and getting votes after sweeping hte easiest OOC in all of the BCS conferences is folly.

They'll need to prove that they can win when it counts.
