Protesting kid gets Tasered

so which part of that is illegal?  public forum - check.  he has a right to be there.  making a speech/asking questions - don't have mics there if you don't want audience participation.  cutting in line is rude, but NOT an arrestable offense.  so what did he get arrested for?

 

He wasn't arrested because he was being douche, they were just trying to make him leave. As they were escorting him out he completely freaked out like a little bitch and he got tazed for it.

They should have swabbed his eyes with hippie strength mace while they were at it.

no.  they tried to slap the cuffs on him while he was still at the mic.  but you are right, they did want him to leave because of his dissenting remarks.  but you still can't arrest someone for exercising his 1st amendment rights on public property at a public forum.

No they didn't. They grabbed his arms and started dragging his attention-whoring ass out of the building. He fought back and so they tasered him. If I was a cop in that situation I prolly would have just shot him in the face.
