uglier than ugly.

Purdue up 17-0 and should be worse and Boilers fumbled on 2 yard line going in.

Total yards hilarious: Purdue 219 CMU 4

And Purdueski balanced....100 rushing 119 passing.

Wow CMU is bad.

My favorite part is the 100 yards rushing in the first freakin' quarter by Purdue, and the -2 for CMU.

Central Michigan CAN'T be bad.  They won the MAC and went to a bowl game last year.

Besides - they're one of mangino's signature wins.

So I see you've all convinced yourselves that San Jose State is a better team than Central Michigan.

Here is the direct quote from the announcers of the Purdue vs. CMU game at the end of the first quarter : "I have never seen a number that big at the end of the first quarter" while refering to the 300 yards of offense amassed against CMU.

It isn't as if it's a shoot out.  CMU has 46 yards at the end of the first quarter.  That is one really bad football team.

At this point, can you offer any evidence otherwise?

They lost to Arizona State, 45-3, and are currently 0-2.

Central Michigan is 1-1, with a 52-31 win over Toledo.  I concede that their defense is horrible.  A good Big 12/Big 10 team should take care of them at home.

Also, Purdue finished 5th Big 10 last year, and was picked to finish 6th this year.  CMU isn't exactly running into a "buzzsaw" today.  The true color of CMU is excrement brown.

BMW...quit trying.

NOBODY here on this board or the gopowercat board or the KSU scout board tried to claim San Jose was any good.

EVERY ku fan after CMU win dancing in the streets talking about how beaks beat championship type team.

there you go...glad I could clear that up for you.

That's pretty hypocritical coming from a guy who pimped Auburn's defense like they were the '85 Bears.

please explain.  Auburn doesn't have a good defense?

proof?  LOL...you showed you know nothing about football.  Tons of players back on a D that was top 10 in a quite a few defensive categories last year.

Thanks for the chuckle.

The point is that you pimped your team and declared that you would be a top 25 team before the season was over based off of your smashing of CMU. Now CMU is getting slaughtered even worse by an average Purdue team. There can only be 25 teams in the top 25 BMW.

You're making fun of us for the score to our BOWL GAME.  I'm pretty sure your team didn't go to one.  I'm pretty sure you got beat by Toledo last year.

Yeah.  You definitely overdid your expectations with the smashing of cupcakes.  And this Purdue game definitely shows that CMU is indeed a cupcake this year.

From 64-0 to 39-20.  Yes, that's progress.  Thanks for your time.

BTW, Purdue is probably the 3rd-best team in the Big 10 behind Ohio State and Penn State.

So anyway, you're an idiot.  Our team went to a bowl, you're coach eats less cupcakes than his team plays.
