Going on the road to these places is a giant mistake. Going to N Texas is a giant mistake. Going to Fresno is a huge mistake(especially right before the Big XII championship game..wtf?)
At least it will be on ESPN, but what if we lose? Then we suffer the same emberassment OSU suffered last night, ku suffered last year, and MU suffered in 04.
I realize why we have to - very few schools will just come to play the game and leave with their money anymore. They all want either an absolutely ridiculous amount of money or a 2 for 1.
I'd rather do 1 for 1's with other BCS schools than 2 for 1's with crap schools that have a chance of emberassing the BCS teams. Unless the school is Florida Atlantic/International, we should just stay away. Far, far, far away. It's a no-win situation.
