Man I miss the QB run game.  I love spreading the field and running the football.  WVU's offense was real similar to a lot of what we used to run with a mix of counter read, speed option, and some power running game.  Then you have the Urban Meyer spread option stuff, and it gets real fun to watch. 

If we can win with the controlled passing game and zone running schemes I'll be good with it, but using the QB in the run game, especially after spreading the field, is tough to beat for offensive football IMO.

Even if Prince wanted to run that type of offense, Freeman isn't the guy to do it.

If you have a QB that can make something out of nothing...ala Ell Roberson, Vince Young, Bishop...your offense is nearly unstoppable and you're "competing for championships" and all that crap that Ron Prince has promised us children.
