I know the Big East has some good teams, but top to bottom they are the weakest.Big east is better than the big 12, IMO and the Pac 10 might be weaker than both. Oregon St (supposed Pac 10 contender) got obliterated by Cincy and South Florida beat Auburn at auburn. I'm kinda reserving judgment on the Pac 10 though, its tough to give Oregon too much credit for beating Michigan at this point though I think they will be good. I also think uCLA or Cal will fall quickly before too long.
The Big East isn't better than the Big XII.
The Big East isn't better than the Big XII. But the Big East is definately better than the ACC. You didn't even list USF, and they're definately a top 25 team.I agree wih you on the rest of your rankings. But the Pac 10 is barely better than the Big XII at this point.
