Oh, I didn't hear about a second recruit there.  There was some chatter about Judge here, but nobody else.

The second recruit was likely Micheal Dixon.  Scout said Judge and Dixon were supposed to be here this weekend.

Ya, I've gone ahead and done some research on the recruits because I had no clue who they were either, but I was standing right next to Frank and the whole gang during the pregame ceremonies on the field. If Judge was the guy with Beaz, he's pretty skinny and looks a lot more baby-faced than his picture on Rivals would depict. There were 2 other recruits as well, both '09 KC Pump & Run players- Jeff Reid (white guy from Brewster, KS: didn't look like quite the athlete we'd look at, but hey, Frank knows more than me) and Michael Dixon (he's 4 stars and supposedly pretty good, but he's pushing 6 feet).....all in all, I hope they enjoyed the big win!

the two recruits were. . .

o.j. mayo and kevin love.  they decided they both made mistakes for choosing other schools, so they dropped their LOI's and signed with us.  We did however have to get rid of michael beasley and bill walker to make room for them. . .

He's a point guard.  Do you expect him to be 6'8'' and still be able to move?

that wasn't my point. i was saying he's pushing 6 feet and in this day and age, if you're under 6 feet, you better be pretty damn good to play at the level we're aiming for. just look at our guards right now- Clent and Blake are well over that mark. Minus Porter at Oregon, find me a point guard at 5'11 or under that's really good.

To name a few:
Dominic James (Marquette)
Tywon Lawson (North Carolina)
Sherron Collins (Kansas)

I'd say with how he's rated at this early point in time that "pretty damn good"  fits the bill.

Lawson is very good, James still hasn't shown he can truly lead a team himself as Marquette had an off season last year, and don't try and tell me Collins is a great player. Just because he blew up against us doesn't mean he's "God's Short Gift to the Hardwood"- I need to see the same this year, and more consistently.

I'd give anyone other than Beasley and probably Walker for Collins.

Yeah, I walked right by Beasley and the two other guys when they we're walking towards Bramlage. I didn't recognize either one.
