I was at Auburn and just got around to watching the replay last night.

1. HD is awesome, especially when the stands are filled with young SEC coeds in sundresses.
2. HD is not a friend of Holly Rowe
3. We were amazingly close several times to breaking big plays on offense. Auburn's defensive speed was the difference in this game and probably 8 or 9 others we will play this year.
4. Our defense is so much faster and more athletic than last year.  That group will win us ball games this year.
5. Any time Perry and Erker are on the field together, bad things happen
6. SEC officials suck.
7. K-State section was clearly audible in big stadium.

I came away from Auburn more relieved than anything, but the TV replay showed me just how close are to being a team of consequence again.  This was nothing but positive.

My final tought, we got beat by a good team, not a better team.

Not sure what you're trying to say here. You think we'll lay 8 or 9 other teams this year with the defensive speed of Auburn??

8 or 9 of the teams we play the rest of the year cannot match the defensive speed that Auburn had.  The plays that we were very close to making against Auburn can be made against those teams.

Thank you. You said it much better the second time. I agree.

I don't want a preview. I want you to get rid of that sig! I was eating a cookie when I saw it.  :frown: :frown:

How about you get rid of the sig and then tell us the caption, as the sig is already indellibly burned forever into our virgin minds.

Fine it's gone.  Back to football.

Those SEC refs hosed us last week.  But I don't want to dwell on the past.  New week!!  Lets kick some SJSU a$$!

I will personally be disappointed if we don't win this by at least 3 TDs. We should be able to dominate this team defensively. However, I'm hoping the o-line will gel even more this week and Freeman can start getting into a real groove that will carry him into the TX game.

Put the other one back on.  I don't feel like looking at a sick kurdish farmer smiling at me.

You actually want it up there, you just don't know it. When the kurdish farmer starts looking good enough to hit on, it's time to lay off the Michelob!

You've had too much already. Should be another interesting (funny?) Sat. evening on the KSUFANS message board and the Wildcat call-in show. :billypopcorn:
