ku played as well as can be expected and they won big at home vs a decent MAC team last week.

3 years ago, Toledo came into ku (8-4 record previous yr) and ku won big at home vs a decent MAC team.    What good did that  win in 04 tell us about ku or do for them.  Not much.  They won only 3 other games all year and that game vs Toledo was their most complete game

Many a squawker (maybe not BMW) but many thought AU would handle us with ease and win without much of a fight.   Now because Ksu played well and could have easily won at Auburn (very hard place to win) ..... well then AU's #13 ranking is a fluke because they don't even belong in the top 40 .... LOL

Both ku and Ksu have tough games away from home this year.  Ksu just put up a great fight vs a solid SEC team on the road.  This will help when playing at Osu, NU and Fresno.   ku won big at home over a MAC just like 3 yrs ago.  ku still has not shown to be a good team away from Lowrents (see HC's great 2-19 conf record away from home) and they have 5 games away from their home field in the Big 12.
