From Auburn:

Was it just me, or were they really big and fast?

to Oklahoma:

KSU may be this years oSu....if oSu was what they were supposed to be this year.

Quote
This KState Defense is going to win them the North this year. Do you agree? I said it a week ago. People were obsessed with Nebraska, but Ron Prince had his team ready to go and with that Defense and Prince's Coaching, I said this team is the team to win the North. I like the Freeman QB too.

Quote
I remember when you Wildcat fans were complaining about the Ron Prince hire.

So how about that hire now? U have the best coach in the North. Your AD knows what he is doing. Tell you whining fellow Cat fans to put a sock in it.

Quote
3/4ths of the game was great play calling. Dont knock Prince. This guy can coach. They had that game won. KState will push those puss Huskers of Bill Callahan and Pinkel around.

Quote
Everyone who draws KSU on their schedule should wince. That defense is just a bunch of madmen who love to dish out pain. On the go ahead TD, the local officiating had to save Auburn when their receiver went out of bounds and returned to catch a pass.

Kansas State will give the bugeaters all they want this year. I was very impressed with their QB who just kept taking the hits and getting up. Their coaching staff can coach. Auburn thought that was a gimme game. All that crap from them over the last five years how they and their conference should get an auto override on the big xii. They are a mid rung big xii team. Folks, that game is played in Manhattan, KS with big xii refs KSU does win.

Seriously, in terms of fan knowledge, it doesn't get any better than Auburn or Oklahoma.

Forgot this gem:

if nothing else, they have taken Auburn to the mat and whacked them around physically like no one thought they could. Next time Auburn fans wax on about big 12 inferiority, just say, 'Kansas State'....

    Hey, basketball!!!
Good post. And completely agree.

Also, it doesn't get worse than NU or ku for CFB fan knowledge, so try not to listen to them. One are homers the other knows nothing about the sport, just look at their record the last 15 years.

and what will they say when the next defense shuts them down, and the next after that?  please.   all that was, was auburn fans talking you up to make themselves feel less bad about letting you guys in the game for so long

Well, being that Auburn plays in the SEC, they'll say "Damn SEC defenses are insanely good!"

But no, really.  Most of those quotes were actually from OU fans.  Reading comprehension.

ku fan-student at Target today (he was an employee) ask me why K-State and ku only played once in football, unlike in basketball a home and home. That is an educated group of pigskin fanatics.

High FBIQ

Is that Mangino, when he coached at OU?

Mangino ate him to get his High FBIQ

That's a "he"?  I thought it was a "she".  Either way, it's pretty sad to look at.

    The very best.

After speaking to a friend of mine who is an NFL agent, he said that K State will be a tought task than ASU.

 :fatty:
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

Serious question, what about AU's offense really makes you think that your D is soooooo great?  Their 4 new starter on their OL, their 2nd string RB going against you guys, their worst QB in the SEC, or them losing their leading receiver from last year?  Seems like a hard choice to me...

AU's offense in no way determined how fast we looked, and how hard we hit. That's what stood out to me.   :D

In comparison to the last few years we looked a hell of a lot better. Linebackers are damn good, our safeties are even better, corners minus a starter looked pretty strong against a fairly experienced qb, and our d line looked very good compared to expectations, even against a young but very talented oline. I'm pleased after week one.  :D

Those 4 new starters on OL would be starters on your team.  Oh, and that 2nd stringer RB?  Ya he would start for your team too?  The QB?  Probably the second coming of Jesus, for your team.

I hope you really don't believe any of that. :jerkoff:
