Auburn fans were nice for the most part. Had one flip us off, and another after the game when we were walking out say, "War Damn Eagle." And the guy was in his 40's.
You wouldn't even imagine how many times they say War Eagle. IMHO I bet it's 50% of their dialogue.
I feel very good about our D. Fastest D we've had since maybe 2002, maybe faster than 2003. Run defense was great. What was their longest run of the night, I want to know. 3-4 looked great except CB's need to get up on the WR on the LOS, slant patterns over & over again. Tibs is a genius.
Injury free game except for Patton's wrist banged up & Cline. But both went in the game.
We needed to run it a little bit more, and change up the running play, seemed like we only ran four different running plays. Loved the back to back reverse, keep them off guard.
Feel very good about this team and IMHO we are very much in the Big XII north championship by the end of the season. Back to the good ole' days of KSU vs. NU for the north championship.
