This email serves as your official invite to the Phog.net/ku Alumni Association tailgate for this upcoming Saturday's game.Your admission to this week's tailgate is $5.Beginning next week, and throughout the season, the admission for the Phog.net/ku Alumni Association Tailgate will be $15 per game.However, PHOG.NET SUBSCRIBERS and ku ALUMNI ASSOCIATION MEMBERS will gain admittance for just $5. There's never been a better time to join the ku Alumni Association and/or Phog.net. On the tailgates alone, you'll save $10 per week!*All proceeds from the tailgate admission will be going to the kuAA, and not to Phog.net.Here's are the details for our Phog.net/ku Alumni Association tailgates this fallThe tailgates will be located in the parking lot of the ku Alumni Association building, and will begin three hours before kickoff. We will be serving food and soft drinks catered by local restaurants, and beer supplied by our longtime partner Crown Distributing (formerly Jayhawk Beverage). The catering schedule is as follows:9/1 - 23rd Street Brewery (food and beer) 9/8 - Biggs BBQ and Crown Distributing (Coors, Boulevard, Blue Moon beer) 9/15 Hy-Vee Family weekend - Crown Dist. 9/22 Pieroguys Perogies and Crown Dist. 10/13 Superior Steaks and Crown Dist. 11/3 Biggs BBQ and Food and Crown Dist. 11/17 Paddy O'Quigley's and Crown Dist. Remember, the cost for tailgate attendees will be $5 for everyone for the first tailgate on 9/1. Beginning with the second tailgate, the cost will be $5 for Phog.net subscribers and ku Alumni Association members, and $15 for everyone else. With admission, you will receive food from our catering partners, as well as three beers.
