War Eagle!!!

Yeah, but seriously.  The story behind "War Eagle" is a carefully crafted and consciously written piece of Southern propaganda right out of the "Birth of a Nation" school of history.

COME ON PEOPLE!

This is crazy!  Crazy Racist!

You are an ignorant S.O.B. I have yet to find anything racist about this statement. Why, because the kid was a confederate soldier? Seriously? Man you are stretching now. Please, do tell black people like you said the story of the eagle...they will either laugh at you...or beat the crap out of you, which probably isn't ard to do. I am starting to agree with Van...you have nothing to talk about with your own program, so you revert to name calling.

Little known fact:  "Birth of a Nation" was originally entitled "War Eagle."  It was changed when members of the KKK stated that it was too racist, even for them.

This thread has inspired me to chronicle a series of conversations that took place between Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and an eagle.  The following is the first in a week long series of said conversations.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.
