Won first game.  Scored two goals in the first five minutes.  I played maybe 10-15 minutes (50 minute games) at the end of the first half and beginning of second.

Not sure final score, maybe 4-1?  They scored a cheapie at the end.

Gonna be a bit rough for me at first, I dropped out of Spanish 1 at KSU back about a decade ago but I'll catch on.

Rusty, I can't tell you how much you will regret not enrolling in an adult ed class or @ UMKC and just going for it.  It will be frustrating, humbling and you'll feel like you aren't making any progress for months if not years, but eventually you'll get to a place where you're happy, or get to where you always feel the need to know more.

I am getting complacent right now, need to hop back on the wagon and go back to reading bbc in spanish every day before I pick up a newspaper and watching the spanish channel in the Morning "Despierta America!"

I've just started laying the groundwork for my next language adventure:

My grandma has taken Spanish classes for going on 33 years and still isn't fluent.  Its all about lifelong learning my homie.  Don't put it off forever, just keep it at a low simmer on that back burner for now before you can turn up the heat.
