I gotta admit they both look extremely "powerful".  Hartley must bench at least 275 or so.  No worries in that running game...just reload.

and you could see Collins' 2006 bowl ring if they would get his hand in the photo.

You can't see their butts.  Who are you to comment without that important info?   :ku:

LOL@Ad Mayes being a starter at a big 12 school. <---a total cheapshot on my part, considering he was real nice in HS
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

Hey that line at ku just reloads.  No reason for concern they have the walk-on from Manhattan and Hartley to plug right in.  Also the kid they are plugging in at center started a few games back in 05.  Never mind that was one of the worst o-lines I've ever seen and the kid hasn't played in over a year.  Never mind that walk-on from Manhattan has been in the program for several years and played in a grand total of one game so far.

Going off of the Beak logic we have nothing to worry about at all in the o-line because Caleb Handy, Logain Robinson, Brad Rooker, Brock unruh etc they all started games last year and that team went to a bowl game so we can plug any of them with no worries.    Or maybe it's just a matter of expectations KSU is striving to up their peformance level to get better and compete for championships.  But ku and Magino are just trying to maintain the status quo and squeak out that 6th win every year to keep his job.

Our QB completed a pass in the last practice during 11-on-11 behind our line.  You?

You know, come to think of it, ku could have used Indiana Jones' likeness, and had something like "The Quest for a Winning Conference Season", underneath.   Couldn't you see those cutouts in gas stations, truck stops, convenience stores and Kansas Samplers throughout the greater Lawrence, Topeka and KC Metroplex??

what I love in the hypocrisy.  Our Kansas no offer lineman are no good...but a walk-on from Kansas and hartley(no offer out of HS) are going to reload and run on everybody.  I give up.   :poundon:

Hartley did have a few offers out of Juco, no?  And the walk on part is a little funny considering your two best players were former walk ons.

I guess you don't get it.  I'm not making fun of those players because they had no offers out of high school...I'm making fun of Jayhawk fans for making fun of "no offer" lineman out of Kansas who Prince signs and yet turn around and talk about how they reload w/ said "no offer" Kansas lineman, capice?

It's really quite simple.  thanks.

Hartley certainly had offers.  FSU did offer.  Reload's probably too strong a word.  But ku's O-line is certainly better than KSU's.

Out of Butler Juco.  Me thinks Jordy Nelson and Ian Campbell...both didn't have an offer out of high school...would get offers if both had spent two years at Butler.

Get it yet?

Senior in high school style...not Soph in college at Juco.  Get it?

speaking of Todd Reesing, i just wanted to say that he is a PROVEN winner.  he won the 2005 kentucky derby and the 2003 preakness, and had a top three finish in the 2006 belmont stakes.

You said no offer lineman out of Kansas.

"I'm making fun of Jayhawk fans for making fun of "no offer" lineman out of Kansas"

Butler is certainly in Kansas and Hartley certainly had offers.  Kansas had to beat teams out for Hartley.  You didn't for Jordy or Campbell.  I guess that's my point.

Jordy and Campbell won't be able to help your o-line and I thought that is what this discussion was about.  You make fun of ku's o-line and I remind you that KSU's is worse.

And did Freeman really not complete a pass in 11 on 11?

As ku fans, wait, ku football fans (gotta trim the thousands of bandwagoners off); is it frustrating knowing the ku program as well the talent within the program is so misunderstood??

the day before we all graduated, he gave me a ku jayhawk sticker.

I tried to convince him to go to KSU, but snyder was being gay to him.

his brother was really annoying, iirc.

Yes I do

remember how huge he was? well, he was a huge gbr fan. I was a senior during the 2003 season, and after the marshall game he walked into the locker room and started give me crap about it. and he was utterly relentless. (btw, the class was lifetime sports, a bunch of unathletic, social losers outside of "greg" (black dude, cool guy)) He promised an NU win, and blah blah blah, he promised he'd be there to rub it in my face.

So, the season went on and of course, we ended the year beating NU 38-9 and OU 35-7. He didn't show until about 12/7, and i caught him running across the gym, when i screamed, "38-9 bitch! Big 12 champs! Where the &@#% have you been? You coward!!" (all w/o a smile, i was going pretty crazy)

think about it, this is a mildly chunky 17 year old tennis player ripping a former college football player who is 280+ lbs. So he basically pushed me to the wall, and starts screaming in my face with his mouth inches from my face. He says how I'm a bastard because I should have known the reason he hasn't been around was because AD's dad had died, and he'd been busy with that.  Luckily, mr harper was there, and he was high (like usual) and he told kordell to back off, then when he left harper agreed with me that he was a coward to never show up after 38-9, etc.. Harper is the sh1t.

scary as hell, the dude was this close to destroying me.
