I know where that place is. It's basically by the south endzone's concession stands row. So yeah, it would make sense to be a concession stand with a bathroom 30 feet from there.

If this really is in the southwest corner then it's outside of the stadium and just south of the walkway that runs along Bramlage to the east side. In the background of that picture it looks like the wall that's part of the walkway up to Bramlage.
