Isn't ironic that most of the powertards (and many on this board) exhaust all but their last ounce of life energy on defending Ron Prince's recruiting against the perceived low star ranking....only to squeal like school girls when an extra star is added to a player or two.

Look, I love it that some of our guys are getting some good pub, because that might help "recruit" other players (wink, wink, Wichita guys). 

However, for the love of Christ you must either abide by the rankings or dismiss them....you can't f'ing bring them up when it helps your argument and simply dismiss them when it doesn't.  &@#%ing logic escapes the average powertard.

I'll be honest, it makes sense.  But it's just that he would give star bumps to any fanbase that whined enough.  That's how ku gets their "4 star" guys.

Offer lists are usually a pretty good indicator, to my simple mind, at least.

Pete, for clarification purposes only, what if someone doesn't put much stock in rankings but get excited when they see a kid they think should be rated higher gets his due.  Would that be hypocritical?  I'm just wondering there these categories fall into place.

I don't know. We whined a lot about Niles Paul (if you were on Rivals you couldn't have missed it), and they actually moved him down.

Tough question.  I am tempted to say that it is hypocritical...but I understand the kid "gets his due" stuff as well.  The answer to your question is not easily found....reach deep within yourself....
