Prince better pick up the slack. It would be nice to have a somewhat competitive game in the near future.

#1 ranked player from Michigan, #3 ranked RB in the country. Picked NU over Michigan, Michigan State, Louisville, Florida, and others.

Now they have the top QB, one of the top RBs, the best O-Line class in the country, and a number of other great recruits.

GO BIG RED!

It'll be hard for you to get validation with the state your football program is in. Maybe 30-35 2-star recruits will help.

I recognized that you were talking about me, and chose to ignore it.

NU landed one of the top recruits in the country, adding to an already impressive class.

In the meantime, Ron Prince is likely talking to the third string tight end at the local community college, who he's recruiting as an "athlete," believes has star potential, and is convinced that numerous coaches, scouts, recruiting services, reporters, fans, and millions of others interested in college football have overlooked.

BTW:

You can get all the recruits you want, all the great players you want.

Callahan has shown throughout his brilliant career he can turn any talented player into a Safeway bag boy.

Keep saying that. In the meantime, we'll keep beating you. Nebraska has improved throughout Callahan's tenure, and now he has upperclassmen he recruited to play in this system. We're going to pound you in Lincoln this year.

Ya, and it took him four years to match what Solich did in his last season. Big whoop. To me, if it takes someone four years to get a program back to where it was right before being hired, they suck. Therefore, Cally sucks.

I still think Prince and Callahan should set up a coaching knowledge for recruiting nowledge exchange for the benefit of each.  Callahan would be a fantastic recruiting coordinator for Prince.

No validation necessary. I know how good we are...and how good we're going to be.

Each year we get better. Each year we get more talented. Each year we put more distance between our program and also-rans like you.

Even if you guys do get marginally better each year, which is questionable given your putrid recruiting, you still can't get past us. We're just leaps and bounds ahead of you now, and will stay that way.

The truth is that K-State is far closer to the team it was pre-Snyder than it is to a National Championship. A few more classes full of two star recruits will just cement your fate. The funniest thing happened the other day. I went to Rivals to check out recruiting for the Big 12 teams, and thought your recruiting class had actually improved somewhat. Then I realized I was looking at Kansas' class, not yours. You truly are Kansas Light, the second best team in your own state.

Are you refering to how much better you feel or what?  LOL at "Restoring the Order" 5 losses at a time.  LOL at Callahan never beating a good team...ever.  LOL at 70-10.  LOL at Lucky trying to off himself because he is an unbelievable f***ing moron  :bong:.  LOL at Purify being an exact duplicate of Lawrence Phillips and having to miss 1 game :drink: :boxing:.  LOL at punching a girl in the face :boxing:.  LOL at DUIs  :beerchug:.  LOL at QB getting run off his old team by his teamates.  LOL, just LOL at you needing validation so badly you run over to another teams message board seeking it.

How close is NU to it's '96, '97 teams?  It isn't even at it's '03 level (but that's just in terms of wins, which obviously can't be a measure for thier current "success")

Keller will be a Heisman candidate this year, and both he and Lucky will be All-Big 12.

Keep trying to take NU down a peg by comparing where it's at now to the 1995 version, which was probably the best team in the history of college football.

In the meantime, I'm proud of the fact that we're better than last year, far better than you, and excited about the level of talent we're bringing to Lincoln and the direction of the program.

You're stuck hoping that Prince lucks into overlooked versions of Joe Montana, Jerry Rice, Barry Sanders, and Lawrence Taylor among his class of two star community college rejects. There's a reason you're irrelevant in any discussion of Big 12 contenders and the second best team in your own state.

Say it with me Mildcat fans...WE ARE THE SECOND BEST TEAM IN KANSAS !!

I bet you he leads the North in rushing this year and receptions for a running back... if he stays healthy.
