does that actually work?
Yes. I think you might have to spring fifteen dollars for an ID to go and pick up the tickets but yeah, then you can drop out of the class free of charge. Your wife would have to stand all game though.

We stand all game as it is... we had isle seats, so there weren't really people behind us.  We did bring our son with us a couple of times just so that he could say that the first KSU game he ever went to he was 1 years old...   We got pictures and stuff...

And only one of you has to be a student.  The spouse gets tickets for the same price in the student section, student or not.

1. Does it matter that I've already graduated
2. How many times do you think I can do that before Weiser pulls a dax on me?

1. Does it matter that I've already graduated

-No

2. How many times do you think I can do that before Weiser pulls a dax on me?

-Unlimited, I'm sure. Several people do it. The athletic department doesn't go back and check to see if you're still a student. They don't have time for that. It would probably get a little excessive once you started bringing your kids to the games though.

Yeah, that's a problem.  And depending on how young they are, you don't want them in the student section.

Yeah, This would have been a great year to try this; as my son is still young enough that he doesn't really have the ability to voice his desire on going or not. And, the home games really kind of suck so if there was some way it didn't work out it wouldn't be too exp. to scalp the tickets instead.

What do you mean would have been? You still have the opportunity to do it. They won't be sold out of football tickets.

I've already spent like $200 for the ku vs. MU game which would be the most expensive part of the season.  I'm sure I can scalp the rest for hardly no $.

I don't believe that.  When I called, they refused to talk to me, they had to talk to my wife (former student).  Then they had to verify her SSN#, and then she had to mail them a copy of our marriage certificate to prove that we are married...just so we could get young alumni tickets.

But after you show them that, pick up tickets, then you can drop.  They stop caring after that last hoop.

Was your wife a KSU alumni?  'cause I didn't have to do all that to prove that my wife and I were in fact married...  the only difference I could guess is that both my wife and I were "young" alumni.

Also; what are the requirements now-adays for ICAT... I couldn't ever get them until my junior year... and we couldn't sit on the &@#%ing 50 yard line.

You have to be an upperclassman and you have to get them before they're sold out.
