That won't preclude him from getting any recruits but they will probably get some severe penalties like OU and ku got, something like no french fries for two weeks and finish your spinach...something like that.

   1. Any individual (e.g., athletic department staff member, student-athlete, university employee, representative of the University’s athletics interests, member of the community) may report an alleged, rumored, or suspected violation.

   2. The individual may report the alleged, rumored, or suspected violation verbally or in writing.  This individual may report an alleged violation anonymously.

To Whom Shall An Alleged Violation Be Reported

   1. If an alleged or rumored violation is communicated to any athletic department staff member, the staff member has an obligation to notify the athletics compliance office of the violation in a timely manner.  All staff members are expected to be committed to this policy and are to immediately report any alleged or suspected situation or activities that may represent violations of any NCAA, Conference or institutional rules to the athletics compliance office.

   2. Individuals, other than athletic department staff members, may report an alleged violation to any or all of the following persons:

• Chris King, Associate Athletics Director for Compliance
• Mal Moore, Director of Athletics; or
• Joe Hornsby, Faculty Athletics Representative.

Wow.  How a word like "skullfu**ed" enters somebody's vocabulary, I don't know.  Disgusting.  Frightening, even.

Unless this would qualify as a major violation (and I seriously doubt that it would), I doubt that anything positive would happen as a result of reporting Saban's blatant disregard for the rules.  Thank the NCAA and their wet noodle.  You could make a lot of friends in Auburn, I guess.
