Webb's idea of a Juke was to shake his shoulder pads back and forth. He was a good runner on the outside, but as soon as he got into a 1 on 1, he would stutter step until someone from behind him caught him; he had horrible vision and couldn't ever pick a direction to run. If someone would have just taught him to put his shoulder down and pick up an extra 3 yards rather than trying to shake a defender, he would have been a much better runner.
