Was it Callahan or Solich who kicked their all-american lineman off the team (Cognito I believe).

LOL @ you saying Snyder didn't command anyone's respect.

Also, lol @ you saying that Snyder sold out to save face in the media. The man could not have cared less about what he looked like in the public eye. You're retarded.

"We have a family approach to this, and anything that takes place in regards to discipline is kept in the family,'' Snyder said.

I'm not saying that I have any problems with the way Snyder handled these type of things. Same goes for Osborne and Callahan. These coaches know the players better then any of us and I believe that most are doing what they think is best. But for K-State fans to call out Callahan on this after all the crap that has happened with the K-State players in the last few years is a complete joke.
!8-22 year olds do dumb things at every school.  Be sure and remember the stuff you're posting now because I'm sure it will come back to bite you.

Most if not all of the guys Coach Slash kicked off the team at NU, were guys he didn't recruit.   I told Cornhole fans that as soon as one of Slash's recruits had major problems they would be treated completely differently.

Well at least you have that. I guess it makes you feel better about having a crappy football team.

"Who?"

david horne
richie incognito
ross pilkington
mark leflore
justin tommerlin
dontrell moore

and thats off the top of my head.  and incognito was a bigger loss than purify would have been, without a doubt.

as for snyder.  don't act like revoking the schol was his plan all along.  that came way later, after he got trashed up and down in the media for letting him play in the game in the first place.  The only thing pulling the scvhol proved was that snyder was willing to sell out one of his own players to save face in the public eye, no surprise one of his players robbed him.  people like that don't command respect
A lot of those guys quit the team rather then being kicked off. Incognito was out of control and openly questioning the authority of the staff and he beat the crap out of a teamate for no reason.  He was roided up beyond control and that is why Oregon wouldn't let him play after initially accepting him as a transfer.  Cally had little choice but to kick him off it was a totally different situation he wasn't even arressted for anything at the time he got booted.

I guess the message Cally is sending is if you do what you're told within the program and respect the coaches it doesn't matter what you do off the field.  There is no way to spin this for an NU fan one game is a joke for two seperate arrests in such a short time.  At the very least he should have gotten two games one for each offense and even that would have been a joke.  If I was a coach I'd do one game for any misdomeanor offense that involves violence or endangering others, 3 for the second such offense and they'd be gone if there was a third.

Can someone make a "NU" with the U being the "Split U" from Miami?  Possibly having a Oakland Raider in the background or something.  Thanks.

Leon Patton is not being punished bc the terms of the "punishment" have never been in the news.  Anything kept in house can't possibly be a real punishment.

all of those people were kicked off the team.  A few of them were allowed, like pilkington to leave on their own terms without getting their name in the paper for getting kicked off.  I also forget Patrick, he was our starting left tackle last year.  that's another one

and yes, richie was a nightmare but at many schools like oU for example that would have been overlooked.  Solich never kicked him off the team or disciplined him in any way.  Roids were not the problem with richie as he didn't need them.  Some people just aren't wired right.
