AUBURN TICKETS: Want to attend the football opener Sept. 1 at Auburn? K-State has plenty of tickets, at $45 a pop, available. K-State has sold about 1,700 of its 5,000 allotted tickets.

You guys are becoming as bad as Texas when it comes to traveling.. :flush:

Cornhole State fans travel so well due to the extreme desire to get out of Cornholeville.   See stampede by former Cornhole Staters to places like KC, St. Louis, Denver, Dallas and points beyond for examples.

When I lived in Kearney, NE I found out that the easiest way to get a NU grad off your property is to pay for your pizza and wings.

I don't care how "sh***y" a bowl is.  If the fans don't show support, crappy bowls are the only ones that will invite your team.  KSU will send more to Auburn than what ticket sales show now, mark my words.  I bet some students are waiting for thier student loan refunds.  Screw the books, I'm going to the game!!!

I wouldn't be surprised. I have heard from several people that Auburn is a pretty cool venue to watch a game.

Huskers sold their tickets and if you had gotten off work from sweeping floors, you would have witness that Nebraska had 70% of the stadium that day. Thanks for all of your hard work on Google... :jerkoff:

Huskers sold their tickets ...

False.  I live in NE, I saw the attempts to give away tickets.  Your fanbase tried to win about as hard as your coach did.

Very true. They were trying to give them away here in Lincoln. The stadium was not full, but it was mostly red. ;)

Agreed; I know several huskers that sold their tickets when they decided they didn't really care and didn't want to spend the extra $$.
