    Hey, basketball!!!
Let's use the opponent's from the '97 Fiesta Bowl to the Texas Bowl last season, name the best players at each position that we've played against in those 8 bowl games. And they actually had to play in the game. Here's mine:

Offense:
QB-McNabb/Brees
RB-Henry/Rice
FB-Leonard/Joe/Konrad
WR-Holmes/McDonald/Wilson
WR-Jenkins/Stallworth/Johnson
TE-Witten/Stevens
OL-Olivea
OL-Stepanovich
OL-Mangold
OL-Munoz
OL-Coleman

Defense:
DE-Smith/Suggs
DT-Henderson
DT-??
DE-Freeney
LB-Colvin/Bullock
LB-Hawk
LB-Carpenter
CB-Gamble
CB-??
SS-Darius
FS-Whitner/Jones

K-Nugent
P-Sander

Question marks on 5 positions, had a hard time on those positions finding players. All of the players on my bowl-opponent team have been or still are NFL players.

13 out of the 24 players on my team including, punter & kicker, are Ohio State players.  And you wonder why our 2003 team had trouble with OSU, not just with all of the NFL talent on that team but when you add in the Ell chaos, it gets pretty hasty.

Keith Bullock at LB for Syracuse.

Cosey Coleman was a STUD OL for Tennessee.

Agree on Mamula...the guy was basically beating Chad May to his 5 step drop spot.

*Excellent topic time
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

Rob Konrad.  Darn good fullback.

They also had Tebucky Jones, great safety.

We played Tuiasosopo in the '99 Holiday Bowl. He was very good but not as good as McNabb & Brees. Through the 8 bowl games since '97 we've gone against four NFL QB's. (Walters, Tuiasosopo, Brees, McNabb) All with starting experience in the NFL.

Tuiasosopo caught a pass, ran for 30 yards and passed for 197!  WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT FROM HIM??!!

By far the most talented, multi-faceted run/pass/catch threat ever faced by Kansas State.
