Ever go to a bar in Lincoln and order a Frank Solich? (7 and 7)

I didn't know that....but it's hilarious.

I lived in your state for twelve freaking years.

If you lived here for 12 years, and are both happy to have left, and a K-State fan, then I can assure you we're happy to have you gone.

NU has more fair weather fans than any other college team period.

Based on what? Again, the people on here insist that Nebraska sucks...and then also accuse their fans of being fair-weather fans...so which is it? How many fair-weather fans follow teams that suck?

Apparently logic isn't covered in any of the classes required for a K-State degree.

My parents were going to K-state games when there were massive celebrations for firstdowns.  And a touchdown meant a round on the house after the game.  No husker fan would ever do that.  And before Devaney they could've.

And Logic takes a back seat to laying asphault on the mud paths and replacing the old barrel with a real bath tub in the dorms

Ummm, excuse me??? Does semi-relevant equal 6/7 11 win seasons???

Semi-relevant means some success, but never seriously in the National Championship picture.

Quote
That feat has only been accomplished by three university's in the history of college football.

Wow....that's a huge accomplishment.  How many National Championships do you have? How many conference championships? When you sit and stare at an empty and dusty trophy case, stringing together some 11-win seasons must seem like a big deal.

Just in case you're wondering what a National Championship trophy looks like, feel free to check them out:

And when will Callahan bring another to Nubb?  Maybe the second tuesday of NEVER!!!  It's people like you that make me happy I don't live in Nebraska anymore.

You lived in Nebraska?  I should probably move you out of cub status.  That's like being poked in the eye with a hot iron.

I'm not sure if I'm ready for Junior Wildcat status.  I've been there once, not sure it's time to go back.  But if you say so, alright.

first off.  ksu had 4, 11 win seasons in a row.  And in those 11 win seasons they accomplished nothing.  I can't believe that they are still celebrating the fact that they only have 1 title to show for that 100 win 10 year span.  they were truly never nc caliber and got those wins, we all know how, lets remember back, ahh yes, the weakest ooc in the history of the nation, strength ofg scheduled not even in the top 80.

and they keep banging their fists about it.  hysterical.

Not to mention the annual ass kicking of Nebraska.

The reason Husker fans are perpetually angry is because they realized how good they had it.  That they achieved unreal success under (yep, get ready) Frank Solich and it kills them that they'll never be able to have that again.

They'll be a pretty good team for the forseeable future, but the order, as they say, won't ever be restored.

Yeah success under solich.  You know, like National Championship games,  conference championships...things of that nature.

lol at a Nebraska fan calling another team's coach low class.  No explanation necessary.
