Death penalty... :hope:

Need a slap on the wrist emoticon for when the NCAA hands down these rulings. That is all it will be.

We all know there's been a conspiracy. Only the failures have been recorded.

The check already cleared the NCAA so they can move ahead with the press conference.

This is just a way for people to start talking about College Football.  No way does anything happen to OU except a couple token punishments.

It'll be nothing, they'll accept the self imposed sanctions.

Loss of a women's basketball scholarship and slaps on the wrists for the men's swim team?

A certain K-State punter is finally off the hook.

K-State beat Oklahoma in Norman in '05.

We're bowl eligible for 2005!

I hope Snyder comes back to coach the game.

What a wonderful retirement gift from Stoops to Snyder.

"So now the undefeated Wildcats will return home and look to make it 5-0, as they'll take on the Kansas Jayhawks Oct. 8 in Manhattan. Allen Webb, what can you say about him. The guy just wins."

Has the NCAA ruled on USC yet?  If not, USC could lose 2 years of wins for the cash they shelled out.

Hmmm...is there anyway we can spin this so we get credit for the win vs OU, but ku doesn't?

It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

Is there a team in America laughing louder than Oregon?

They just won the '05 Holiday Bowl.

After last year's fiasco against OU, I think they'll take anything they can get.

The Oklahoma football program must vacate its wins from the 2005 season and will lose two scholarships for the 2008-09 and 2009-10 school years.

So does that mean we went 6-5 and get credit for ku's win in the Forth Worth Bowl?

I notice that when they showed Stoops altered record, they just took away the wins, but didn't add any losses.  As if the games just never happened.  Is "vacating" a win not the same as forfeiting?  Perhaps that just makes K-State 5-5 in '05.

I guess they're going to lose wins but not add any losses? What sense does that make?
