Because it's like being punched in the stomach all over again. 

I just threw up in my trash can. I also just relived the emotions from that night and my good freind calling me from College Station about 1000 times - knowing I wouldn't answer the phone. That was the lowest I have ever felt as a KSU fan.

My son was still young at that time and he was crying at the end.  I think he took it harder than me!!!  It was easily one of the worst drives home from a game.  It seemed every radio station we went to was reporting the score of the game.

Yeah, my wife wanted to stay the night and go up in the arch the next day. That was a lot of fun...
It was the longest ride home I've ever had.

I was there in person. It's not as though any of us forgot about that game anyway. I just think it deserves better recognition than #31.

We had so many chances in that game. I wonder how many K-State fans had to go to therapy after getting the string yanked out of their reach so many times. Now I know what it's like to be a cat.
