I'm not seeing the humor here. He is a nice kid from a small town, he has an awesome GPA, and he's a great athlete. I'm glad to have him.

As far as his picture, I really don't think it looks that bad. Yes, he has a funny expression on his face from running, and yes, he has blond hair, but anyone can look bad if you catch them on film right.
