I think, more than anything, we need a coach that isn't concerned with "character issues", regardless of race.  Remember those crazy white FB's we had?  Lazitech and the dude from Michigan State?  Heck, didn't Kavanaugh and Nyle Wiren kill a puppy?  We need more guys like that and fewer good citizens.
