One of the local high schools here in New York, Susquehanna Valley, uses K-State's Powercat logo. Now, I know we've seen this before, where high schools will use a well-known college or pro logo (such as Denver's Bronco or Duke's Blue Devil) ... but at least they keep the integrity of the logo intact by calling themselves the "Broncos" or the "Blue Devils."
Not Susquehanna Valley. They call the Powercat a Saber.
Every time I ask somebody from SV what their logo is, they unanimously say it's a Saber. They don't even acknowledge that the logo belongs to K-State. Actually, they don't even acknowledge K-State's existence.
Are there any other schools that use K-State's logo and call it something other than, uh, a Wildcat?
