This must mean that those stories about Prince lambasting J-Mart on stage were...true?  Wow.  That's pretty classy.

I feel like an angry drunk guy just broke a bottle on the bar (but I think it's only fair to say that the angry drunk guy was (by analogy, friends) Prince at yesterday's Wichita catbackers event).  J-Mart invited everyone out for drinks, and Brian Butler supplied the alcohol.  This could get interesting.

"It's still Ron Prince's world."

...

"Everything orbits around Prince, which is what happens when you're the coach of the most popular college football team in the state." (Editor's note: what do things orbit around?  That's right.  People of size.  People...of paunch.)

...

"By now, we all know -- no one sets Prince's agenda.

...

"But Prince? The big man needs no introduction.

"As he might say, this isn't his first rodeo. (Editor's note: LMFAO)

...

"He delivers each response in a monotone, concluded by a goofy promotional spot for KAKE.

But seconds later, unburdened by the media, he cranks up the charm. A huge smile appears on his face, and his eyes dance as he greets a lady waiting to meet the K-State football coach.

"Hi, Nancy!"

He owns these situations, and he owns these supporters -- about 450 in all."

LOL.  This has the potential to be highly entertaining.

It really is totally lousy that almost all of our fans care only about football.  That Ron is a phony geek and Frank is a cool guy who actually knows what he's doing just adds insult to injury.

I know who's side I'm on.

Arthur Brown's, of course.  Would you rather see him end up at OU, USC, or North Carolina?  I think it would be pretty cool if he chose to be a Tar Heel over one of the powerhouses.  It's too bad that we're totally out of the picture.

He patiently answers questions without answering questions, weaving and bobbing as if he were a heavyweight boxer.

"We're still a work in progress," he says. "We still have some heavy lifting to do."

He's asked about running back Leon Patton, who apparently hasn't been practicing and is subsequently the subject of rumors.

"Every kid has his own situation," Prince says. "That's all I'll comment on that."

He delivers each response in a monotone, concluded by a goofy promotional spot for KAKE.
