Harold plans to wait until during his senior season to pick a school. The academic standing, particularly the business school, at each university and his relationship with each coaching staff will be the biggest factors in his recruitment.

Being that Harold's first update was just yesterday I would imagine he was just put into the database that day and he was thrown into the Illinois rankings at the last second.  He's a kid who will definitely not be a 2 star the next time those rankings are done.  That would be my guess.

Moore was an error...rivals just didn't know about Hogan.

You guys notice that rivals will list schools that aren't as "prestigious" as offers, and leave out the more "prestigious" ones?

"Michigan, Kansas State, Illinois, Iowa State, Kansas, and some other schools I can't think of have offered. I like Michigan, Kansas State, Illinois, and Arkansas a lot right now."
