Butler is having a Potential Players bbq fundraiser in a few weeks to generate funds to take his wichita players around to football camps in florida, california, ect ect to get wichita players seen. This per a radio ad on 93.9

So, basically, he wants to soak locals for some cash to help export local talent away from the state/conference.  Good luck with that.

That is pretty much what I was thinking, don't want to hit that event if you are a k-stater. He is also touting along with the bbq will get to see them work out and selling the fact that have a nationally ranked recruit here

Which would pretty much be a huge violation for any school unfortunate enough to have one of their boosters attend.  Time to pick up a shiny new squawk shirt and head over to Wichita ....   :shy:

I've got a couple 30's that need knocked out, we can sit in the parking lot work on those along with some hog wild and create a fundraiser for the ahearn fund and k-state athlete scholarships.

Make sure you where the ku shirt proudly, talk about your ku season tickets, your contributions to the Williams Fund and offer to give lavishly to the kids.

It won't be any different than say high school life for Jaron Rush.
