    Hey, basketball!!!
Val Taylor & Nate Prater???

Nate Prater switched schools and hates KSU, but I still think we have a shot at Val after another year of his JUCO because he was academically ineligible.

Val Taylor signed an LOI with Garden City (or some kansas juco) in March.

Nate Prater was at UNOmaha, but I think he may have gotten into some trouble with the coaching staff, so not sure about his status.

Prater sucked we don't want him back.  He went to UNO last year and was a bench warmer for them not sure if  he's still with them or not.  Taylor I think was going to go JC and just run track he won't play for KSU again doubt he plays d-1 football for anyone again.  Time to move one we've got a good group of incoming WR's; Brown, Hogan, Murphey, Pierce etc.

Dang we sure missed on that one.  I remember after signing our recruiting class that year we were all saying that we skipped over Coffman to get Prater.  I'm not sure if that was the case or not, but I sure wish we would have taken Coffman that year.

I know for a fact that Coffman was offered by the previous staff, but (along) with his dad was very demanding. Coach Snyder (right or wrong depending on how you think recruiting should be done) was not going to promise playing time to an 18 year old kid.
