    The very best.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

You can't be racist and like basketball.
Quote
“I talked to Bill,” Beasley said, “and he said if I do it (go to K-State), he’ll do it. O.J.’s still thinking about it. I think with all of us there, we could make history.”

Quote
Huggins is trying to assemble an all-star recruiting class that could include top-10 talents such as guard O.J. Mayo and forward Bill Walker of Cincinnati's North College Hill and Riverdale (Md.) Baptist forward Michael Beasley, a former teammate of Pope's on the DC Assault AAU club.

"It's still early in my recruiting, so I don't have any leaders or favorites," Pope said. "We're trying to make that better than the old (Michigan) Fab Five."

Now we have quotes from both Pope and Beasley about the GRCOAT.  Huggs must really be selling the "let's make history" angle with these guys.  It sounds like they're responding.

Howard did a good job today. I don't hate about this type of stuff. I had something similar, but we'll go in another direction for tomorrow or Sunday.

Without sounding like an ass, though, but we didn't we know Beasley had K-State at the top of his list?

Yeah, but we got a quote about him talking to Bill Walker, similar to the Pope comment.  That was what I thought was interesting.

That's true. These kids do talk to each other, see each other at events. For instance, this weekend, O.J. and Bill are going to be in Pittsburgh for J.O. Stright's AAU tournament. Think they won't talk to Herb Pope?

In the midst of GRCOAT talk, it also says Cartier is staying.  That is good news.
