Seriously though.. I never thought we would actually get Brown but I didn't think we would be eliminated so quickly. Miami, like what the &@#% have they done recently?

KSU eliminated?  I didn't see that...that isn't what he said.

Agreed on Miami.  While they have a good past...their program has been plummeting and they play in a half-empty stadium unless FSU is in town.  If they don't get on tv their athletic program doesn't even survive.

OU and USC make sense...Miami sounds like a Bulter thing.  Prolly because of their first rounders and maybe Butler wants to be his agent or something.  LOL, you can be a first rounder anywhere...if Willis went first rounder off a crappy Ole Miss team then it won't make a bit of a difference where you play..some people don't get that.

The Powertards are probably running him off. All of the shots that they take at Butler probably got to Arthur some how and he decided that K-State wasn't the right place. Way to go BishopKSU.

It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

I think at least 3...he also had 19 "wave your hands to the crowd to get them pumped up and then get burnt by the reciever you probably should have been paying attention to".

If, scratch that, when we win 9-10 games this year, he's as good as ours.

Someone get on a video mixing the 3rd qtr of the texas game and highlights of the Brown Brothers...

Also throw in a highlight for each star player we have on our team as well as a substantial portion to Lamark Brown; Hogan; Pierce; etc.

Close it with something summing up how The browns and others could surrounding themselves with great athletes.

Join our crop of future NFLers or something...

It may be a monumental task; but it may help with:

Quote
“I look at the recruits that each school is bringing in,” Brown said. “As a great athlete, you also want to be surrounded by other great athletes.”

Anyone see the New York Times article about Arthur Brown? Not one mention of KSU or Prince. Even Mangino was mentioned.

Just to twist the knife:

EDIT: My bad, we were mentioned:

Quote
Brown, a 3.0 student, said that he intended to make unofficial visits to Arkansas, Florida, Florida State, Louisiana State, Mississippi and Oklahoma State this summer. He has made unofficial visits to Kansas State and Oklahoma. He said that the Sooners were recruiting him the most. Many recruiting experts believe Oklahoma is at the top of his list.
