I disagree, Rusty. I think Walker is a first rounder just on potential alone. However, his play this year will likely start out kind of slowly because the confidence in the knee and the explosion will be reduced. Hopefully, he can stick his jumper consistently, which will draw defenders out and his explosion will start to return between the Big 12 season and the NCAA's. That is the big question on Walker. If he has an improved jumper and his explosion back, his draft status will go up alot. If the Cats make a good tourney run behind Walker and Beasley, it will also improve his status alot. I think he will need to be a lottery pick to go because he will feel very confident he can be a lottery pick the following year if his explosion and game doesn't convince scouts enough about his health this year. I predict Beasley is gone after one (really going out on a limb) but that Walker stays one more season to be a lottery pick (although this could change if Miami U dumps Haith and comes hard after Martin after this season.
