    The very best.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

    Hey, basketball!!!
Picture would've been alot better if it was shot during the afternoon rather than the evening.  Good pic though, heard they were just starting on that.

Metal bleachers will look much better for the recruits when stadium is empty!!!

Now all we have left to do this summer is add the limestone wall surrounding BSFS and hopefully a new sound system. The blown out speakers sound terrible, not to mention they're from 1996.

A new intro vid would be nice as well. Crappy programs use the "train" or "fighter jet" montage's.

I suggest you make one. You could use your birth of Kansas State football vid with a little bit of tweaking. Email it to Prince and tell him to use it..

This is good for recruits.

A recruit (he was a 2 star we didn't get) once told me that the old bleachers hurt his ass.

Sure it looks pretty, but when I go to sit down at 2:00 for a 4:00 game my ass will be on fire.  Not a step up or down for ass comfort, more of a lateral move.

Also the wooden bleacher have history.  I still have pieces from a section that broke when we kicked USC's ass.  That's a souvenir.

yeah, hard to get rowdy on those &@#%ers.  i usually have to stand kinda sideways to keep my balance when i'm jumping.
yes, i'm one of the obnoxious guys that screams/jumps anytime anything remotely good happens.  i'm also one of them screaming cusses every time anything remotely bad happens.

I'm always the one that reacts before the group around me knows whats going on.  When everyone was cheering Moreira's TD, I was swearing like a sailor for the dive and everyone looked at me like I was crazy.  I get those looks a lot when we have big plays that I see a flag on before most people.

agreed.  I hate the "know it all" fans who let everyone around them know what's going on.  They're usually extremely negative as well.

What's worse is the "know it all" fans who listen to Wyattvision and Stan during the game.  Especially those who have to yell to everyone around them what Stan says, because they're too stupid to realize what's happening on the field.

I'll believe it when I see it.

We had folding chairs in the endzone for over 10 years.

The eastside chairbacks are being replaced as well . . . and somebody on PI is claiming that the limestone wall is going in after the 2007 season.

The metal seats have pros and cons.  They have them upstairs.

Pro: Look better than wood, won't break.
Con: Curved so they're hard to stand on, curve holds water when it rains.  Bring a cover for when you sit down at half.

The seats are aluminum, and I've never had a problem with heat.  Aluminum just doesn't get hot enough like other metals.

Just put chairbacks everywhere but the student section--but only because they stand the whole game and don't need them.

I'm definitely not a know it all fan, but I was cussing when JMo dived against Marshall while everyone else was cheering.  I did get a few dirty looks.  I'm not used to sitting in the 'family' section, I need to move back to the student section.

They won't put chairbacks everywhere because then they can't charge a higher price for that ticket.
