They will have to fax in their LOI’s complete with their parents signature and that takes time.  And most programs will only announce the commitments when all of them are in rather than piecemeal.  Patience...

Can't read the article.  Here's what I know.

VD signed his LOI.  We're just waiting to see if he's going to opt to play pro-ball in Europe.

Did V-Dub definitely sign his LOI?  The article the other day said the other two had signed LOI's but there was some lame comment about V-Dub needing to get his faxed, etc.

none of the recent recruits have signed lois, just verbal commits.
